José Óscar Leiva Méndez began his professional career 30 years ago in the capital markets.
For the last 14 years, he has been dedicated to investment banking operations in the European Stock Exchanges, holding positions in different entities listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange, with an outstanding specialization in structuring, fund raising and cross-border operations.
Previously, he held executive positions as Managing Director in Asset Management and Private Banking in financial institutions such as Credit Suisse Group and Banco Finantia.
Gianni Bertran

Mr. Bertran has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, commencing his career in Asset Management & Private Banking at BNP Paribas and Banco Finantia. Over the past decade, he has held senior executive positions in Investment Banking. In 2021, Mr. Bertran co-founded Hitch Group, an Investment Banking firm in Spain that offers advisory services on the listing processes of companies in major stock exchanges across Europe, including Madrid, Paris, London, and Luxembourg. He specializes in fundraising through ECM and DCM markets, as well as sophisticated instruments with international funds, with a focus on cross-border transactions between Europe and America. Mr. Bertran obtained his degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Barcelona and the Copenhagen Business School. He also holds a Masters in Wealth Management and Private Banking from the University Abad Oliva in Barcelona
Jacobo Ferrando

More than 20 years of experience in the financial sector where he started in private banking developing his career in entities such as Mediolanum Group and Gesiuris. For the last decade, he has specialized in private placements and advisory in M&A processes, having transacted operations through cash out deals for a global amount of 110M€. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Internacional de Catalunya.
Jose Pablo Ruiz
Marketing and Communication Manager
Mr. Jose Ruiz graduated from Francisco Marroquín University with a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design with an specialty on Digital Design in 2021, while managing Marketing and Communication at Kajilogistics S.A, in Guatemala City. Later on in 2022 he graduated from ELISAVA university in Barcelona with a Masters degree in Creative Direction and publicity.
