Mr. José Óscar Leiva Méndez brings three decades of experience in the capital markets, having established a distinguished career in the financial sector.
For the past 14 years, he has focused exclusively on investment banking operations across major European stock exchanges, with key roles in entities listed on both the Madrid and London Stock Exchanges. His expertise lies in structuring complex transactions, capital raising, and executing cross-border operations, with a strong track record in delivering strategic financial solutions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Leiva held senior executive positions, including Managing Director roles in Asset Management and Private Banking at prestigious institutions such as Credit Suisse Group and Banco Finantia.
Gianni Bertran
Partner
Mr. Bertran brings over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, having begun his career in Asset Management and Private Banking at BNP Paribas and Banco Finantia. Over the past decade, he has held senior executive roles within the Investment Banking industry.
In 2021, Mr. Bertran co-founded Hitch Group, a distinguished Investment Banking firm based in Spain, specializing in advisory services for company listings on major European stock exchanges, including Madrid, Paris, London, and Luxembourg. He has developed deep expertise in capital raising through Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM), as well as in the structuring of sophisticated financial instruments in collaboration with international funds. His practice is particularly focused on cross-border transactions between Europe and the Americas.
Mr. Bertran holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Barcelona and Copenhagen Business School, and a Master's degree in Wealth Management and Private Banking from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU in Barcelona.
Jacobo Ferrando

Mr. Jacobo Ferrando brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, beginning his career in Private Banking with institutions such as Mediolanum Group and Gesiuris.
Over the past decade, he has developed a strong specialization in private placements and advisory for M&A transactions, successfully leading deals totaling more than €110 million in cash-out operations. His expertise spans deal structuring, negotiation, and strategic execution across various sectors.
He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Internacional de Catalunya, which complements his financial acumen with a solid legal foundation in transactional work.
Jose Pablo Ruiz
Marketing and Communication Manager
Mr. Jose Ruiz holds a Bachelor's degree in Product Design with a specialization in Digital Design from Francisco Marroquín University, earned in 2021 while concurrently leading Marketing and Communications at Kajilogistics S.A. in Guatemala City.
In 2022, he further advanced his creative and strategic expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Creative Direction and Advertising at ELISAVA School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, one of Europe's leading institutions in design and communication.
